The hotel is situated on Avenida 9 de Julio, across the Colón Opera House and the Obelisco.

This excellent location and the latest technology come together to provide you with a productive and enjoyable stay.

The Hotel has two towers which face the historic centre of the city, decorated in the restrained luxurious style of the early 20th century, the golden days of Buenos Aires, when close to everything was imported from Europe as part of that enthusiastic drive that built manors and palaces that afford Buenos Aires that European air that sets it apart from the rest of the Latin-Americans capital cities.

The two buildings total 362 rooms decorated with antiques and original prints. Among its 20 Rooms for events the Gran Salón Panamericano stands out, with its stunning crystal chandeliers, veritable replicas of those which hang in the Salón Dorado of the Colón Opera House, redesigned in California and hand crafted in Belgium.

Fitness & Mineral SPA

High above the city there is a world of tranquillity, pleasure and beauty on the 23rd floor, with a stunning panoramic view of the city. Encircling a stupendous indoor swimming pool you will find a solarium, an ultra equipped gymnasium, an indoor cycling room, sauna, massages, a beauty parlour where all kinds of beauty treatments are offered on demand. All our proposals are based on personalised attention, both for ours guest as for possible day clients.

Restaurant Tomo I

The restaurant of Ada and Hebe Concaro has collected a long list of national and international awards, among which stand out the Diplôme de Reconnaissance à la Cuisine et la Cave, offered by the Académie Internationale de Gastronomie, and the Five Stars Diamond Award of the American Academy. Tomo I also appears prominently on the top lists of the specialised press: Best Restaurant in Buenos Aires (Travel + Leisure) and Best Restaurant for a Business Lunch (economist.com by The Economist), among many others.

This year the Hotel Panamericano Buenos Aires hired Pablo Sánchez Elía Architect Studio and Laura O for the total renewal of its star restaurant: the emblematic Tomo 1, which has been operating from the mezzanine of the hotel since 1993. The new Tomo 1 has two entrances -the traditional one and another that communicates directly with the hotel- a highly sophisticated wooden counter designed by Ricardo Paz, a wine cellar housing two thousand bottles in full open view, a reception corridor and the large dining room that can be divided into two separate spaces by means of linen drapes.

The Concaro sisters, who together with Federico Fialayre, hold a steady hand at the helm of Tomo I, now face this new successful season with a Porteño Gourmet Menu, which they have pledged to change periodically.
